Trans-perineal Pudendal
Nerve Decompression
This procedure is done through an incision lateral to the perineum in men and women. Like the TIR approach, this procedure does not move or transpose the nerve and requires specific scar mobilization to the incision site.
Compare to the Trans-ischio-rectal (TIR) Decompression or the Trans-gluteal Decompression.
